Premier League Primary Stars uses the appeal of the Premier League and professional football clubs to inspire children to learn, be active and to develop the values and skills crucial to success in school and later life. The education programme, which has successfully engaged teachers, pupils and parents, uses children’s passion for sport and connects this to their learning.
Working with the Premier League, EVERFI created a digital hub for teachers and pupils with content linked to PSHE, English, Maths, PE and school sport – bringing football to life. A comprehensive communications strategy to reach schools was implemented, and we managed a programme of rewards and recognition providing registered schools with Premier League Trophy visits, as well as thousands of boxes of books, posters and stickers celebrating the Premier League’s values.
Programme films created specifically for the Premier League Primary Stars programme received the EVCOM Clarion Awards in 2017 for Education and Training and Diversity and Inclusion.
