For EDF Energy, we created an online learning platform for their employees called MyCampus. The MyCampus platform is regularly updated with new learning content and there are hundreds of courses onto which staff can self-enrol – including ones focused on health and overall wellbeing. Overall, 22,000 users (more than 90% of staff) have enrolled on MyCampus – 26% of whom sign in at least once a month and engage on average for around 7 minutes per session (completing at least 1 course).
